Making your own Kit.

It is easy to save time by making your own collection kit. The supplies you need are Q-tips and paper envelopes and follow the instructions below:

Step 1

Using 2 cotton swabs, swab the inside of the cheek with an up-and-down motion for 20 seconds.

* You are collecting the skin cells from the inside of the cheek, not just saliva.
Step 2

Put the swabs in a paper envelope and seal with tape. DO NOT USE PLASTIC BAGS.

On the envelope, write the Name of the Person and the Order ID Code you receive upon checkout.

Repeat steps 1 and 2 for each person.
Step 3

Put the sample envelopes in a mailing envelope with a printed copy of the confirmation page OR printed confirmation email.
Step 4

Send your completed kit to the address listed below. The faster we get your samples, the sooner you will have results.

We recommend using an overnight express shipping so that you can track your shipment.
